Product Description

Slurry sealing vehicle, also known as micro surface paver: adds construction medium (asphalt) to the asphalt tank, construction water to the water tank, additives to the additive tank, fillers (cement) to the packing box, and graded stone materials to the silo. Start the auxiliary engine, drive the hydraulic power system to work, operate the control switch to achieve the asphalt pump working cycle, water pump working cycle, and mixer working. After adjusting the paving box, operate the hydraulic control device to achieve the paving box working. Activate the main control switch, and asphalt, water, aggregates, fillers, and additives will automatically enter the mixer according to the control program, forming a thin mixture through the rapid and strong mixing of the mixer.

 

The slurry mixture is fed into the paving box, and the slurry mixture is evenly distributed in the paving box through the spiral distribution device of the paving box. The slurry mixture is then spread on the road surface through the paving box. Stop the control switch, and each system will follow the automatic control program to end work. Clean all systems and complete the work.

Use a quick connection device to connect with the slurry sealing vehicle to obtain hydraulic power, adjust the size of the paving box, install the pressure skin, adjust the paving thickness of the paving box according to the construction technology requirements, and check the wear of the sliding shoes. Start the screw thruster, and the slurry mixture is mixed and discharged by the slurry sealing truck before entering the paving box. The slurry is then divided and transported to various parts of the paving box by the screw thruster. The slurry sealing truck travels through the paving box for paving, and after paving is completed, it is cleaned with a high-pressure water gun, dismantled and cleaned with pressure skin, and the work is completed.
