Precautions when using equipment | 1. The distributor truck must clean the asphalt pump and pipeline after a single operation or when switching to a construction site, otherwise it will not be able to work next time. 2. Before spraying, the distributor truck must check whether the positions of each valve are correct. The hot asphalt added to the asphalt tank must reach a working temperature of 160-180 ºC. For long-distance transportation or long working hours, a heating device can be used for insulation, but it cannot be used as a melting oil furnace. Asphalt overflow. 4. When using a burner to heat the asphalt in the tank, the height of the asphalt must exceed the upper plane of the combustion chamber, otherwise the combustion chamber will be burned out. 5. If the asphalt pump and pipeline are blocked by solidified asphalt, it is not allowed to forcefully rotate the pump. A blowtorch can be used for baking, and direct baking of ball valves and rubber parts should be avoided. 6. When spraying asphalt at the beginning, start slowly and keep the car running at a low speed. Do not forcefully press the accelerator to prevent damage to components such as the clutch and asphalt pump. 7. After completing the homework every day, any remaining asphalt must be returned to the asphalt tank, otherwise it will solidify in the tank and cannot work next time. If the car or working device malfunctions and it is determined that it cannot be repaired in a short period of time, all asphalt in the tank must be discharged. |
